McDonald’s Dual Point Serivce

As part of McDonald’s latest Service Platform, Dual Point Service, Innovateq has helped to convert over 700 restaurants throughout Australia and 46 in New Zealand.

During the peak period of the rollout, Innovateq were completing the 2 night installations at a rate of 9-10 stores per night which held for 3 solid months, making Dual Point Service one of the biggest IT initiative McDonald’s have taken to date.

Dual Point Service changes the way McDonald’s serves customers and streamlines staff efficiency by creating dedicated ordering and collection points.
